Overview

These terms set forth our legal obligations to each other. They apply to your use of our services.

By using or accessing the SkyKings Site or any subdomains (the "Site") located at https://skykings.net/, the SkyKings Discord (the "Server" or "Guild") at https://skykings.net/discord/, the SkyKings API (the "API") at https://skykings.net/api/, and the SkyKings Discord Bot (the "Bot") at https://skykings.net/bot, which are collectively referred to as the "Service" or "Services", you agree that (i) you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by the Terms and Policy, (ii) have read, understood, and accept to be bound by Discord Inc. Terms and Policy when using the Server or Bot, and (iii) have read, understood, and accept to be bound by Cloudflare Inc. Privacy Policy when using the Site.

Rules of Conduct

The Services provided by us, which includes, but is not limited to: the Site, SkyKings Discord, SkyKings Discord bot, and any subdomains, is designed to provide a community for you to chat, interact, and game with other Service users. SkyKings is not responsible for any information you release or provide to the Server or Services. As by conditions of your use of our Services, you agree to acknowledge and comply with SkyKings Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") and other rules.

By using the Service, you agree to not:
• Present any form of inappropriate behavior on our services
• Disobey SkyKings Server rules
• Share any personal information or pictures of others without consent
• Partake in malicious behaviors such as IP grabbing, DDOS attacks, hacking, spreading internet viruses, scamming or any similar instances that fall under this category
• Upload or distribute material that contain malware, "Trojans", or corrupted data
• Promote nor encourage suicide or self harm
• Upload or use “macros” or software to create an advantage in any of our Services
• Attempt to obtain sensitive information, such as passwords, IPs, addresses, or other property
• Attempt to break, alter, backdoor, or hack the Service
• Use the Service with malicious intent
• Use the SkyKings Discord bot to abuse APIs, violate or facilitate violations of the Discord Terms of Service or Hypixel Network's Terms of Service.

By using the API, you agree to not:
• Use the API for any dangerous or illegal activity
• Disclose API data to any advertising network, data broker, or other advertising or monetization related service
• Sell, license, or otherwise commercialize any API Data
• Re-identify, de-anonymize, unscramble, unencrypt, or reverse hash or reverse engineer API Data from the form in which you obtain it

As this is not an exhaustive list, we reserve the right to delete, edit, and modify the Guidelines without notice and the right to determine what is a violation of the Guidelines or improper use of the Services.

Suggestions and Feedback

By providing suggestions, feedback, or improvements to us, you acknowledge and warrant that (i) the feedback does not violate a third-party entity or contain private information regarding the third-party, (ii) SkyKings is not obligated to confidentiality of any feedback or documents, (iii) grants us the royalty-free and non-exclusive rights to publish, edit, distribute, modify, and (iv) you waive the right against any claim against SkyKings, SkyKings affiliates, or any SkyKings third-party users.

Third Party Content and Users

SkyKings is not responsible for any information, data, or actions released or used by third-party services. We are neither responsible nor endorse any third-party services or products. By using our Services, you agree and acknowledge that we are not liable to any damage as a result of your presence with a third-party service.

Termination

SkyKings reserves the right to ban, kick, or terminate a user from any Service without notice. With termination, SkyKings does not take any responsibility for the data and information connected to your user that you may lose, and SkyKings is under no obligation to compensate you for such losses.

Dispute Regulation

The parties agree to use their best efforts to settle any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement directly through consultation with one another, and good faith negotiations shall be a condition to either party initiating a lawsuit or arbitration.
